The knitting facilities of Proto Ltd are located in village Uzundjovo - 8 km. north of Haskovo town. The base has a total covered area of 6000 sq.m., has 58 circular knitting machines for double-side and single-side knitting with the possibility of knitting with elastomeric threads. Production line is equipped with an internal system of total quality control from raw materials to finished products. Proto Ltd is a direct importer of raw materials from globally proven producers in India, Indonesia, Egypt and others.
The machinery fleet comprises:
Single/one-face machines for bag fabrics and open fabrics, - E20, E24, E28, capable of producing:
- Single Jersey with area density from 60 to 320 gr/sq.m.
- Pique - single and double - weighing from 130 to 280 gr/sq.m.
- Fleece two-thread and three-thread with area density from180 to 400 gr/sq.m.
- Specialized one-face knitting
Double-sided machines E16, E18, E20, E22, E24, E28, capable of producing:
- Interlock with area density from 80 to 280 gr/sq.m.
- Rib, 1/1 2/1 and 2/2 weighing from 140 to 380 gr/sq.m.
- Pique
- Specialized Interlock, rips and 8 lock knitting
Materials used are cotton, viscose, polyester, polyamide, elastomeric fibers and blends.
